The residential quarter is located in a narrow north-south oriented plot and is surrounded by landscaped gardens. There is a central alley (which serves as a major connection area) surrounded by three-four storey blocks of flats with the residential space located towards the outside, i.e towards the forest. Entrances are located on the internal street - a cosy local communal area. The underground parking enables to free up the communal area from cars. The remaining plot area is intended for landscaped gardens and recreational purposes.
