The building is incorporated into the plot located on the crossroads of Saules/Rytu Street and changes the diverse urban landscape of the area. The areal location of the building was influenced by the location the plot (it is a corner plot restricted by streets in the North and the slope of Griciupis park in the South). The residential houses are built along the streets which creates a semi-secluded, quiet internal space oriented towards the park in the South. The entrance to the underground parking is located on Rytu Street; this enables to free up the recreational area from cars. This space is therefore used as a landscaped relaxation area with playgrounds for children and other minor architecture. External lighting is meant to create cosy evening atmosphere. Main entrances are located at Rytu and Saules streets. Each stairwell will also have an individual exit to the recreational area.
Diverse facade details divide the structure of the building which naturally fits into the landscape. Metallic brown shaded reflective tiles make timid external facades look solid while grey balcony finishing enliven the entity. Light shaded inner garden facades are warmer and are divided by wooden blinds which partially stop the afternoon sun from coming into the balconies as well as create privacy for the dwellers. In order to make the building structure seemingly smaller, the fifth floor is contracted, which will enable the residents of VIP apartments to observe the landscape from spacious terraces.
