The main entrance is projected in the north-western part of the plot. A visitor is welcomed by a recreational area with gardens landscaped with decorative plants and a pond. Located nearby is a building containing banquet and conference halls a well as administration premises. Six recreational houses are located around the hill on the eastern part of the plot which has access to the lake. The open plan area is located on the western part of the plot; it consists of tennis, basketball and netball courts. A pier with a dock and a beach is to be built at the cape of the lake and a sauna is planned to be located a bit further from the coast.
