Upon a change in the state of the client's family, a decision was made to expand the current apartment on the first floor into the attic. Since the residential rooms on the ground floor were left for the grown-up children, a 'mini' apartment was designed for parents in the attic. There is a bedroom with a walk-in closet, bathroom, studio as well as a 'mini' living room on the first floor. Complicated attic layout is softened by minimalistic interior solutions.
