This house is suitable for a young family of four. It is located on an individual plot on the slope of the river Neris valley. Based on the location of the plot, the house is built into the slope on the western part of the plot by incorporating upper and lower relief terraces. The residential areas located eastwards open up the view to a picturesque landscape of the river and those oriented southwards overview the slope . All residential areas are located on one floor with the hall separating the quiet bedroom area from the living room and the kitchen-diner. The family room-library with a large window is based on the loft. The garage as well as the utility area are located on the basement floor underneath the actual building.
