The house is suitable for a young family of four. It is situated on a newly planned individual quarter surrounded by flat landscape and modern architecture. The L shaped structure of the building creates a private semi-secluded garden on a large rectangular plot. The ground floor consists of a spacious living room leading to a terrace via the showcase windows. A separate kitchen-diner area is situated near the living room. The bedrooms as well as the bathroom are traditionally located on the first floor. Another one-storey structure consists of a double garage, a boiler room and a storage room.
