The house is suitable for a young family of four. It is located in Kaunas suburban area at Vandziogala Highway on the slope furnished by diverse architecture. The house is located on the northern part, the highest spot of the plot. The residential areas are oriented south-westwards. The structure of the building is divided into several different levels which enables to separate the residential area from the garage and utility premises. The feeling of spaciousness and brightness of the family room is enhanced by a decorative pool located in the terrace behind the showcase windows. The bedrooms are traditionally located on the first floor. The balcony of the master bedroom opens up a view to the city of Kaunas.
