The house is suitable for a young family of four and is based on the plot close to Panemune pine forest. The L shaped structure of the building naturally fits into the plot located at the crossroads. The building structure forms a cosy, semi-secluded internal garden. The residential area is located in the main building comprising of two floors. The reception room, studio, kitchen - diner as well as the living room leading to the terrace are situated on the ground floor. The first floor consists of master as well as children bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Another one story building consists of a garage, a boiler room and a storage room.
