This house is suitable for a young family of four. It is situated on a newly planned individual quarter surrounded by flat landscape and modern architecture. Based on the plot orientation, there is a one-story garage as well as utility premises projected on the northern side of the plot. The two-story residential house is located on the south-western part of the plot. The interior of the ground floor enables the living room and kitchen-diner to function as individual areas. The bedrooms are traditionally situated on the first floor. Large windows are located so that they optically enlarge the internal space and function as paintings which closely correlates with the minimalistic solutions of the building.
