This comfortable house is suitable for a retired couple and is located on a plot in Kulautuva pine forest. The new building has been constructed in place of the old house, garage and utility premises, which enabled to preserve all of the pine trees in the plot. The residential area is oriented towards southwest with large showcase windows opening the view to the pine tree forest. The structure of the building is divided into several different levels. The facade has been furnished with natural components such as clay bricks, tiles on the roof and larch planks. The garage, utility area, two-level kitchen-diner and living room as well as the master bedroom are located on the ground floor. The pool area, guest room as well as a mini 'spa' are located on the first floor.
